2 · Trial

[DRAFT] The software may be evaluated in full for 3 days. Continued use after the trial period requires a valid license.

3 · Restrictions

[DRAFT] You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

4 · Warranty & liability

[DRAFT] The software is provided "as is", without warranty. Hardware tuning (TDP, fan curves, GPU features) carries inherent risk; the author is not liable for damage arising from use.

5 · Refunds
